By the strictest definitions it’s not open source. We are using mostly open source software where we can, except in the area of e commerce, but a lot of it is custom development. We have no plans to make the code available in part or otherwise available to the public at large. Amongst MP3.Net Producers it would depend on the project and the level of contribution by the producer in question. Such applications would be reviewed on a case by case basis by the council.
